STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES OF THE COMPANY FOR 2010 - 2014

The General meeting have approved the following strategic objectives for years 2010-2014:

1. In the field of financing and management of the company

to permanently increase the value of the stockholders´ equity
to reach financial parameters comparable with advanced companies
to extend the business line of the company

In the field of corporate processes

to cut down expenditures
to streamline the services of the company and to make use of all available resources so as to increase the company incomes and profit

In the field of marketing and services

to establish a customer-driven company
to build up a top-quality portfolio of customers
to enhance customer position outside the Finchem and Chemosvit Groups
to continue the commercial development of projects stressing top quality and price attractiveness

In the field of human resources

to establish preconditions for the permanent raising of qualification level of the company employees
to create conditions to increase the salaries of the employees
