Rules and Conditions of Using Internet sites of FINCHEM, a.s, www.finchem.sk:

The administrator of www.finchem.sk Internet sites is FINCHEM, a.s. (hereinafter the “Administrator”) who issues these Rules and reserves the right to change and amend them with immediate effect. The user accepts these Rules by accessing the www.finchem.sk Internet site.

Any property rights to www.finchem.sk Internet sites, as the subject of intellectual property, including their contents, files, graphic design and the source code, are issued by the Administrator in line with the Copyright Act; Internet sites of www.finchem.sk include graphic and other elements, which are the intellectual property of individual companies of the Chemosvit Group, and are the subject of protection as per specific regulations (e.g. trade marks).

The Administrator affords the user the right to use www.finchem.sk Internet sites exclusively for their own needs. Any other use of sites, or their parts, in particular their copying, spreading, publishing, or any other commercial use, without the prior written consent from the Administrator, is forbidden and its breaking might result in the prosecution, or claiming the compensation of the incurred losses in civil proceedings.

All the data and information of these sites are informative and have no binding power. The Administrator, however, monitors the correctness and relevance of their contents within his operational scope. The Administrator shall not be held responsible for the correctness and relevance of information taken from other sources, nor for the contents of any third person’s sites referred to.

The access, or using of www.finchem.sk Internet sites may be subject to supplying personal data of the user, as per the Act No. 428/2002 Coll. of personal data protection. By supplying any data using www.finchem.sk the users express their agreement with their processing and using for internal needs of the Administrator.
